— Our department is in charge of a comprehensive range of services: territory cleaning, infrastructure maintenance, landscaping, waste disposal, ensuring water supply and drainage. As Bukovel is an all-season resort, we work every day, regardless of the weather or season, maintaining high service standards year-round.
— How do you ensure the stable operation of infrastructure during peak periods?
— We focus on being proactive. We monitor critical infrastructure around the clock, and all systems undergo regular maintenance. Additionally, we have established protocols to manage emergency situations. During peak seasons, we bring in extra staff to support the increased demand.
— What technologies or solutions help in the efficient waste management at the resort?
— We’re in the final stages of implementing a waste separation system across the resort, which will significantly reduce the volume of waste sent to landfills. We work with a certified contractor specializing in recycling plastic, glass, and paper. We also place a strong emphasis on educating visitors to foster greater environmental awareness.
— Are energy-efficient systems being implemented in the housing and communal facilities?
— Yes, this is one of our priorities. We are transitioning to energy-saving technologies, including building insulation, LED lighting, and modern heating systems that can be remotely controlled. This not only reduces resource consumption but also helps lower operational costs.
— What role does your department play in maintaining the cleanliness of Bukovel’s territory?
— Maintaining cleanliness is one of our core functions. We ensure that roads, pedestrian zones, and areas around hotels and ski lifts are cleaned daily. We are also dedicated to seasonal landscaping, planting trees, flowers, and creating beautiful flowerbeds.
