Silpo now open in Bukovel

Today at 12:00, Bukovel’s car park P1 welcomed a new addition – the newly-open supermarket “Silpo”. Spanning nearly 1,500 m², it features a cosy cafe, an in-house delivery service and a section dedicated to small local farmers and craft manufacturers.

Silpo’s selection is sure to impress anyone who appreciates local flavours, offering an outstanding range of regional delicacies:

  • local cheeses and dairy;
  • locally sourced crafted sausages and ham;
  • locally sourced honey and wild berry jam;
  • blends of Carpathian herbal tea.

Freshly baked baguettes, soft rolls and loaves with a crisp crust will come out of the oven daily. The culinary section offers hot meals, including authentic Carpathian recipes prepared by local masters – all of which can be enjoyed right away at the cafe.

All items are available for delivery or pick-up. Couriers will deliver to Polianytsia, Yablunytsia, Tatariv, Mykulychyn, Vorokhta and Yaremche.

The supermarket is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.

You can enter both from the street and directly from inside the car park.

The opening event featured hands-on cheese-making workshops, along with cheese tastings paired with local honey and jam.  Meanwhile, outside the store, guests enjoyed lively folk dances and singing.

“The opening of Silpo is a significant milestone for our resort. Bukovel has already grown into a small mountain town, and now our guests have even more opportunities to access quality services and goods . Silpo’s long-standing support of local producers fully aligns with our values: building a modern tourism experience while strengthening the local economy. The store concept, inspired by the “Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors” movie, is not only about visual style – it’s about integrating Hutsul culture into the resort environment and honouring regional heritage”, – notes Bohdan Krasavtsev, Head of the Bukovel Sustainable Development Office.
