"Bukovel barrier-free" is a structured programme focused on accessibility, inclusion and respect for diversity. It covers infrastructure, services, communication and everyday interaction.

Main directions
1. Accessibility audit
- comprehensive assessment of buildings, hotels, restaurants, territories, routes and services;
- identification of physical, informational and service barriers;
- development of a phased improvement plan.
2. Infrastructure development
- installation of ramps, lifts and accessible restrooms;
- adaptation of entrances, parking and navigation;
- creation of barrier-free routes across the resort;
- integration of universal design principles in new projects.
3. Accessible services
- adaptation of reception areas, rentals, restaurants, SPA and recreation zones;
- clear guidance for guests with disabilities;
- gradual introduction of inclusive tourism products.
4. Staff training
- training on inclusive communication and interaction;
- basic knowledge about the needs of people with disabilities and veterans;
- building a culture of support without pity or condescension.
5. Veteran support
- adapting spaces for veterans;
- creating rehabilitation and recreation programmes in winter and summer;
- partnerships with veteran organisations and adaptive sports events.
6. Communication and information
- publishing accessibility information on the website;
- clear navigation for guests;
- regular updates on programme progress.
7. Partnerships and expertise
- cooperation with NGOs and accessibility experts;
- involving people with disabilities in testing solutions;
- sharing experience with other destinations.
