Supermarket chain "Silpo"
The first supermarket of the chain in Bukovel and the Carpathian region – it is no surprise the store is highly popular among tourists and resort employees. The Silpo brand remains one of the most recognizable in Ukraine. Bukovel Silpo is located at car park P1.
Neobank "Monobank"
In summer 2025, Bukovel Hotel and MAVKA Aquapark introduced installment payments with Monobank. The service quickly gained popularity among guests. The bank is known as one of the most technologically advanced in Ukraine, with a recognizable interface and a major role in making cashback a standard part of banking culture.
Ice cream workshop "Faini Liody"
A craft ice cream studio offering more than 120 flavors – from classics to bold, exotic options, having recently opened a shop-café at the resort. In winter, two additional locations operate: one opposite NUMO restaurant and another on the Lake of Youth promenade.
Optical shop "Luxoptica"
One of the most well-known eyewear chains in Ukraine. The Bukovel store opened at the end of December 2025 and is located on the Glacier hotel complex promenade.
Pharmacy chain "Podorozhnyk"
One of Ukraine’s best-known pharmacy chains, offering competitive prices, especially for online orders. The pharmacy is located on the ground floor of Bukovel Medical Center.
JET scooter service
JET scooters began operating at the resort in August 2025, replacing our former stationary scooter rental points. Today, 100 JET scooters are available across the resort, with further expansion planned in 2026.
Online taxi "Uklon"
Ukraine’s most popular ride-hailing service has operated at the resort since the 2024-2025 winter season. In addition to providing rides across the resort, Uklon launched a Ski Bus route from Kyiv to Bukovel running twice a week during winter. The shuttle buses continue operating this season.
