• Night transfer time ensures that your children will not feel exhausted upon their arrival. 
• No need to spend time taking your kids back home after their camp session ends.
• You may choose between two transferring options. First one is a budget transfer by the train No. 043 "Kyiv - Ivano-Frankivsk" and No. 358 back to Kyiv. Another option is comfortable and faster transfer by train No. 007.

Important information!

Please bring a notarized copy of your child’s birth certificate, a standard 079/o medical certificate and a Power of Attorney document signed by one of the parents, together with a copy of passport of the signing person. The required form will be attached to the banking email, which you will receive after the payment.

It’s not recommended to give your children perishable food and allergens. To assure decent health condition of our campers, we reserve for our pedagogues the right to withdraw and dispose of such kind of supplies.

Transfer directions and prices:

KYIV

You will be met by our employees at the Kyiv central railway station’s main entrance, the day before the actual session start. During the transfer, your kids will be accompanied by "Artek-Bukovel" pedagogue-organizers.

Included services: 

Kyiv – "Artek-Bukovel" transfer 

• Train compartment fare,
• Transfer from Ivano-Frankivsk to the camp,
• Pedagogue-organizer and medical worker escort.

"Artek-Bukovel" – Kyiv transfer

• Train compartment fare,
• Transfer from Ivano-Frankivsk to the camp,
• Pedagogue-organizer and medical worker escort,
• Food supplies for the traveling day,

LVIV (Available for "Forest" and "Lake" camps)

Lviv – "Artek-Bukovel"

Your kids will be transferred directly to the camp by a comfortable bus. 

The child has to be brought to the Lviv central bus station by 9:00 am. You will be met by our pedagogue organizers and a medical worker.
