Bukovel safety guidelines
The safety of our guests and employees is one of Bukovel’s highest priorities. Please follow these essential rules to help ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
Air-raid alerts
If an air-raid alert is announced, all guests and employees should immediately proceed to shelters.
Shelters are available across the resort and can be found at:
- Buka EC;
- HVOYA Hotel;
- Radisson Blu Resort Hotel;
- Glacier Premium Apartments.
During an air-raid alert, please avoid being outdoors and follow the official civil protection warnings.
Curfew
As elsewhere in Ukraine, a curfew is in effect at Bukovel from 00:00 to 05:00.
During these hours, guests are to remain at their accommodation and comply with the applicable rules.
Medical assistance 24/7
If you require medical advice or assistance, the multidisciplinary Bukovel Medical Center is available at the resort.
The medical centre is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Emergency medical assistance is available 24/7 by calling +380671397042.
Appointments can also be arranged via Telegram / Viber or by calling +380689911111.
Police
Law enforcement officers are present at the resort. In an emergency or if there is a threat to your life or safety, call 102.

Bukovel’s information hotline is available every day from 08:30 to 21:00. You can contact the resort’s Information Centre by calling 0800500818.
