Mobile ski-pass available in Bukovel!
Dear friends!
We know you’ve been waiting… Now your smartphone becomes your ski-pass.
This winter, Bukovel introduces a brand-new technology designed for smooth and effortless skiing – the Mobile ski-pass. No need to take out your phone, look for a ski-pass, or worry about losing it. From now on, simply walk through the turnstile – the system operates automatically. It's fast, intuitive, and incredibly convenient!
How does the Mobile ski-pass work?
Your smartphone sends a secure Bluetooth signal – and the gate opens right away.
All you need to do is:
- Register on the Bukovel24 app;
- Choose your tariff and select "Electronic ticket";
- Activate it in the Bukovel24 app;
- Allow Bluetooth and location access.
Once activated, no further action is required. Just keep your phone in your pocket (preferably the upper left one), and it will work automatically when you pass through.
Mobile Ski-pass is all about freedom of movement and maximum comfort on the slopes.
Before you activate
To ensure the best experience, please note:
1. Your phone must be charged
If the battery runs out, the ski-pass will not function. In this case, you can replace it with a physical card at the ticket office (with your receipt).
2. Device compatibility
Mobile Ski-pass supports iOS 13+ and Android 8+.
Unsupported devices: Samsung S8, Samsung S9, Oppo (all models), OnePlus (all models), Huawei (all models), Honor (all models).
3. One ski-pass = one smartphone
Each ski-pass can be activated on a single device.
4. If it doesn’t work
Check Bluetooth and location permissions, phone position (upper left pocket works best).
