Looking after our guests means more than providing quality service – it also means paying attention to the small details that can make a real difference. That is why Bukovel has introduced four dedicated Lost & Found boxes across the resort, making it easier to return found belongings to their owners.
Where can you find them?
- at car park P1;
- near the Ferris wheel;
- at the market near NUMO restaurant;
- near the sports grounds.
The system has already proved useful. Recently, a guest found a child’s sweater and placed it in one of the Lost & Found boxes. Meanwhile, the family contacted the Information Centre to report the missing item. Once the details were checked, the sweater was successfully returned to the child.
The bright red Lost & Found boxes have separate compartments designed for different types of belongings. They can be used for:
- everyday items such as clothing, gloves, hats, umbrellas and similar belongings;
- documents, bank cards, jewellery and other valuables;
- even larger items, as long as they fit inside the appropriate compartment.
The process is straightforward: place the item you have found in the appropriate compartment, and the Information Centre team will take care of the rest. If you are looking for something you have lost, you can contact the resort hotline or report it using the QR code displayed on the box.

How to use a Lost & Found box

- place the item you have found in the appropriate compartment – everyday belongings are kept separately from documents and valuables;
- you can also scan the QR code to report the item or leave your contact details;
- if you have lost something, contact the Information Centre hotline at 0800 500 818 (08:30-21:00) and submit a lost-item report.
