Restaurant TBILISO brings the warmth of Georgian hospitality to the very centre of Bukovel. Spread across two spacious floors, the restaurant is an inviting place for family gatherings, friendly celebrations and authentic Georgian feasts.
The menu features handcrafted khinkali, freshly made every day with a variety of fillings, eleven kinds of khachapuri, lyulya kebabs, grilled meats and other traditional Georgian favourites. The grill menu deserves special attention, with aromatic dishes prepared over an open charcoal grill.
Every Thursday, guests can join the Striped Khinkali Day event. Spotting a striped khinkali on your plate means that a special surprise gift is waiting for you.
