KOLYBA is a home cooking restaurant located in an ambient corner of the resort. Our dishes are served traditionally in hot pans with fried potatoes and onions. Odorous Ukrainian cuisine tastes simply perfect, if complemented by a relaxing view of the forest-covered Carpathian mountains.
Menu specials: Hutsulian borscht with pork ribs, sour cream banosh with brinzen cheese and cracklings, crusty potato patties with mushrooms and cream, traditional dumplings.
