SUSHIYA
Sushiya is the only restaurant in Bukovel dedicated exclusively to Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine. Located in the very heart of the resort, it offers more than 100 dishes, a vibrant Asian atmosphere, the largest selection of rolls, sushi sets for sharing and a wide variety of flavourful Asian noodles.
Guests can enjoy classic rolls, De Luxe and Chef's Rolls, rich tom yum soup, udon noodles and popular Japanese street food favourites. For those heading out to explore the resort, the Phila Sushi Burger, Phila Sushi Dog and Phila Shawarma are perfect options – easy to take with you and enjoy along the way.
The restaurant also operates a sushi shop, where guests can order dishes to go and continue discovering Bukovel with great taste.
