A mountain lake is usually imagined as a small water body amidst the forest, with unpleasantly freezing water and a solitary boat moored near the shore. Bukovel resort breaks the stereotype by having THREE lakes offering a wide array of activities to match everyone's taste: from catamarans to wakeboarding!
Lake of Youth
Ukraine's largest artificial lake has a beach area equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, changing rooms and an active recreation zone. Feel free to spend entire days away sunbathing, or take an active approach with catamarans and SUP boards. VODA club, one of our signature venues, is located on the lake's very shore. This is a unique recreational complex featuring services being exclusive to seaside resorts.
Lake No.2
This lake's main attraction is STAV14 WAKE PARK, located not far from lift #11's lower station. The presence of a fully-fledged wakepark makes Bukovel a perfect place for novice wakeboarders. The water is heated to a comfortable temperature and is devoid of harmful bacteria. The entire lake will be yours: no need to worry about swimmers, boats or kayaks. Under the supervision of experienced and patient coaches you will get on the board in just one ride, learn a variety of tricks and forms, then relax in a friendly company of fellow riders. This sport is available to everyone: children aged 5+, grownups with average physique, even those who cannot swim, and elderly people who are not afraid of living an active life.
Small lake
Located in the very center of the resort, the small lake draws the attention of kids. The "Aquadrome" amusement park is located here – a little racetrack with electric boats. Make sure to check it out, your children will be delighted!
Summer has many colors, and you may choose from a diverse palette of recreation. It reminds us of a kaleidoscope in some way: mountain hiking, suntanning, wakeboarding... Each time you twist the kaleidoscope, you see a different picture.
