With support from the Bukovel Sustainable Development Office, we’re sharing an exclusive interview with a company representative.

— Welcome! We’re thrilled about this partnership. Could you tell us how JET and Bukovel began working together?
— Our collaboration started with Bukovel’s initiative to develop active and innovative recreation in one of Ukraine’s top tourist destinations. Initial contacts were made in July, followed by several meetings with the resort administration. We quickly found a shared vision for enhancing the tourist infrastructure, which laid the foundation for launching our project at Bukovel.
— How many scooters will be available at Bukovel?
— Currently, there are 100 JET scooters on the resort grounds, with plans to expand to 150 by September.
— Can you explain the rental rates for JET scooters at Bukovel?
— The rental includes a 25 UAH scooter unlock fee plus 7.50 UAH per minute of riding. Guests returning scooters in the purple zone near Parking №1 will receive a 5 UAH cashback to their account.
— How long will JET operate at the resort this year?
— Operations are planned until the end of November 2025, depending on weather conditions and snow coverage.
— What are the plans for JET at Bukovel in 2026?
— JET RIDE has ambitious plans for the next summer season:
- Launching new routes designed for safety, comfort, and a top-notch visitor experience;
- Integrating with other resort activities to offer a complete, multi-format recreation experience;
- Expanding the scooter fleet;
- Participating in joint marketing campaigns with Bukovel to attract new visitor segments.
Our goal is to make JET RIDE an integral part of the Bukovel experience and boost the region’s appeal for both local and international tourists.
— Tell us about the scooters themselves.
— The OKAI 400A is our flagship model, combining power, comfort, and modern tech.
With a peak output of 835 W, it handles Bukovel’s mountain climbs with ease. A 40 km range allows for long rides without frequent charging.
Large wheels (12” front, 10” rear) and a sturdy frame ensure stability and safety on uneven terrain, while a 120 kg load capacity accommodates a wide range of riders.
Additional features include a built-in wireless phone charger and an illuminated status light for improved visibility and safety after dark.
— Where can guests park the scooters?
— Parking spots are highlighted in green and purple within the app, where rides can be safely ended. The resort also features 17 display locations for electric scooters, updated throughout the day by our team (marked on the map):
