Reducing carbon emissions remains a key focus in Bukovel’s ongoing commitment to sustainable tourism.
Today, the resort offers seven electric vehicle charging stations, located across the area and featuring a variety of charging speeds and connector types.
“We’re committed to making eco-conscious travel easier. Our EV infrastructure helps reduce transport-related emissions and makes it more convenient for guests who drive electric. And we’re just getting started – more public charging stations are on the way as part of Bukovel’s Green Mobility initiative,” says Bohdan Krasavtsev, Head of the Bukovel Office for Sustainable Development.
A high-speed DC Fast Charger (DCFC) is available at:
- Bukovel Hotel reception.
Standard and semi-fast AC charging stations are available at:
- car park #1;
- car park #2 (2nd and 3rd levels);
- the Ferris Wheel parking area.
In addition, Bukovel is working with partner hotels to expand EV support – many now offer charging options for guests as part of their commitment to sustainable hospitality.
This expansion builds on other eco-initiatives at Bukovel, including the recent installation of solar panels on the rooftop of car park #1, with a total capacity of 0.6 MW.
