Bukovel ski mountaineering contest

Bukovel is the perfect destination for sporting events and active recreation, as wintersports thrive in the Heart of the Carpathians!

From January 24 to 26, the resort will host ski mountaineering competitions on its scenic slopes.

Contest highlights:

• "Sprint" (men and ladies) – total height difference up to 80 m,
• "Individual race" (men and women) – height difference up to 1600 m, distance up to 20 km,
• Nighttime "Vertical race".

COMPETITION SCHEDULE

January 24
19:00 – drawing of participants.

January 25
11:00 – "Sprint" (men).
13:30 – "Sprint" (ladies).
19:00 – nighttime "Vertical race".

January 26
08:00-12:00 – "Individual race" (men and ladies),
13:00 – awarding ceremony, closing ceremony.

The starting locations will be announced closer to the competition date, taking the snow conditions into account.
