The meals are cooked in a real wood-fired oven, preserving all the taste properties.
We prefer local ingredients: trout from the Smerekovo farm, forest mushrooms and berries, dairy from local cattle breeds. All cooking processes are visible from the restaurant hall. Our oven is unique, reminiscent of the centuries-old technology, thanks to which not only the most delicious meat delicacies are prepared, but also odorous homemade bread and specials from our Chef!
Before 18:30, entry is reserved for "Hutsul Land" folk-park visitors.
