True Carpathian cuisine stands on one basic principle: everything is cooked on an open fire, in the presence of guests.
Locals say "fyst", which means "very good", to emphasize quality. Wood-fired cuisine is more nutritious and tastes better, as products retain maximum vitamins and minerals. For a quick snack, grab your share of barbecue or ribs, directly from the grill. The order will be ready in an average of 5 minutes, which is also an advantage.
Cooked according to ancient recipes, our odorous bograch soup, traditional banosh (corn meal mush with sour cream and cheese), smoked mountain trout or borscht served in a bread jug – will whet the appetite of the most demanding gourmands and taste even better in the open air!
