Welcome to the world of ancient Carpathian cuisine, as enjoyed by Kaiser Franz Joseph during his visits to Galicia!

The meals are cooked in a real wood-fired oven, where they undergo natural heat treatment, which helps preserve all the taste properties.

We prefer local ingredients: trout from the Smerekovo farm, mushrooms and berries from the forest outside the window, dairy from local cattle breeds. All cooking processes are visible from the restaurant hall. Our oven is unique, reminiscent of the centuries-old technology, thanks to which not only the most delicious meat delicacies are baked, but also odorous homemade bread and specials from our chef!
