On January, 19 2011 on Epiphany day when all the water in nature has magic powers and grants health, power, good spirits and raises the will power, TC “Bukovel” will hold the Fifth All-Ukrainian Festival of winter-swimmers. All fans of winter swing from all regions of Ukraine and from abroad will participate.

The program of the Festival includes the celebration of Divine Service and consecration of water, the Festival opening ceremony, winter swimming, awarding ceremony where the participants will be presented with diplomas and souvenirs. Guests will be treated with the original Kozakh porridge cooked in the 150-liter pot in the open air.

Our guests will also enjoy the rich entertaining program where the “Hutsul folk ensemble” of Ivano-Frankivsk regional philharmonic society will participate.

The previous Fourth Festival of winter-swimming had the largest number of participants above all – 500 persons! The youngest participant was the five year-old Anastasiya Danylyshyn (Ivano-Frankivsk). There were also brave participants from Belorussia, Russia, Kazakhstan.

The Fifth All-Ukrainian Festival of winter-swimmers in TC “Bukovel” is expected to be interesting, merry, and what is more important, will grant more health. A sound mind in a sound body! Join us!

The Festival will be held at: TC “Bukovel”, Polyanytsya village, Yaremcha town council, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
