We would like to appeal to all of our guests who suffered inconveniences on 10.03.2012 while passing the turnstiles with our discount ski passes “All at Once”. Now you have the opportunity to get one day of skiing for free during the time up till 15.04.2012. Your applications will be received till 25.03.2012. Our system registered all the ski passes with restricted access on 10.03.2012.

Please send your ski pass number to our network team to the address adfbbukovel@gmail.com or alexx@bukovel.com. You can get you free ski pass in the infocenter of TC “Bukovel” located across the square near “Shelter” hotel next day after you’ve applied for it.

In case you apply for compensation directly in “Bukovel” you request will be processed within a 5-minutes period in infocenter and you will receive you free ski pass there as well.
